This blend consists of 2 components:
- Brazil, Santos, a pulped natural coffee with a more aromatic cup quality, which is rich in flavour and clean.
- Peru, Cajamarca, this coffee is carefully dried in parabolic driers due to wet conditions during picking season. What is most impressive is the long-term stability of this coffee. This coffee is simple yet complex and marries beautifully with other coffees.
The taste profile of these coffees together will give you a syrupy sweet , dark chocolate espresso. Also blends perfectly with milk.
